- Our one-time dog waste removal service ranges from $20 to $35 per cleanup depending on the size of your yard and the amount of waste to be removed.
3. Do you offer recurring services?
- Yes, we offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service options for regular waste removal. Pricing depends on the frequency and size of your property.
4. How do I schedule a visit?

5. What areas do you service?
- We serve the Northeastern side of Connecticut. If you're unsure whether we service your area, feel free to contact us!
6. Are you insured?
- Yes, we are fully insured to ensure your property is protected while we work.
7. How long will it take to clean my yard?
- The time required depends on the size of your yard and the amount of waste. On average, it takes between 20 to 45 minutes.
8. What if my dog is outside during the service?
- We prefer that dogs be kept inside while we clean, but if your dog is outside, we ask that they are securely contained in a safe area away from where we’re working.
9. Do I need to provide any equipment?
- No, we bring all the necessary tools and supplies to perform the job, including waste bags, gloves, and cleaning equipment.
10. What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
- If the weather is unfavorable for service, we’ll reschedule your visit at no additional cost. We’ll notify you in advance of any changes.
11. Can I get a discount for multiple dogs?
- Yes! We offer discounts for homes with multiple dogs. Contact us for more details on pricing.
12. Do you dispose of the waste?
- Yes, we handle all disposal of the waste in an environmentally responsible manner.
13. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my service?
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
14. How do I pay for services?
- We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cash. Payments are due at the time of service or upon invoice.
